Small Gantry Machining Center
Our small gantry machining center employs a rigid bridge layout that offers high stiffness and stable accuracy, with a robust ram and high-acceleration axes to shorten cycles while maintaining fine surface finish. The head supports vertical milling, drilling, and tapping; optional 3+2 positioning and angular heads reach side faces in a single setup. With on-machine probing, efficient chip evacuation, and high-pressure coolant, it sustains stable, continuous production across a wide range of medium-to-large components—from molds to aerospace components, energy parts, and other complex workpieces.

Built for oversized workpieces, the large Rosnok gantry machining center combines extended X/Y/Z travels with an elevating cross-rail (W-axis) that preserves stiffness at height. A torque-rich gearbox spindle achieves high metal-removal rates in deep cavities, while the 5 axis gantry machining center configuration with automatic universal heads streamlines multi-side machining in a single setup.
